Koji Kawabata
After working for Shiseido Co., Ltd., Chanel Corporation (currently Chanel LLC), Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and DHC Corporation, Koji Kawabata joined the Company in July 2018 as Head of the Cosmetics Business Division.
Since joining the Company, he has led the business division as the head of business, making use of his extensive experience and knowledge gained through his involvement in the cosmetics industry for many years.
In August 2020, he was appointed as Director, COO and General Manager of the New Business Development and Promotion Department, where he has contributed to the Company's sustained growth. Since October 2021, he has been in charge of the entire business division as Director and Managing Executive Officer, driving further growth and improvement of corporate value.
He has also served as Director of Premier Wellness Science Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, since December 2020, and as Chairman of the Board of Premier Anti-Aging (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. since February 2021.
