Our basic approach to corporate governance is to improve management efficiency while at the same time enhancing the soundness, transparency and compliance of management. We believe that this will lead to long-term improvements in corporate value, thereby enabling us to return profits to many of our stakeholders including our company shareholders. While upgrading corporate governance to enhance the soundness, transparency and compliance of management, the Company considers it an important issue to build an organizational structure that can respond quickly and flexibly to changes in the business environment.
