Kiyoshi Matsuura

After graduating from university, Kiyoshi Matsuura joined American Family Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (currently Aflac Life Insurance Co., Ltd.) He then earned an MBA from Columbia Business School in 2001.

After working for a strategic consulting firm, Matsuura served as president of an Italian luxury brand, the Japanese subsidiary of an American online jewelry brand, and a listed investment company, before joining QVC Japan Inc. in 2008. He established Premier Anti-Aging Co., Ltd. in December 2009, leveraging his experience in the TV shopping industry, and started the cosmetics development and sales business.

“DUO the Cleansing Balm”, which was released in 2010, has been the No. 1* selling cleansing product in the category for five consecutive years since 2019, thanks to the strategy of expanding from digital to mass marketing.

In October 2020, the Company was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market, and he continues to take on new challenges and expand the business domain, leading the growth of the anti-aging company.

Yoichiro Ito

After involved in legal practices as a Japanese lawyer at a Japanese domestic law firm, Yo Ito joined Morgan Stanley Securities Co., Ltd. Tokyo Branch (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co., Ltd.). He engaged in domestic and overseas M&As, financial advisory for capital market transactions, etc. in the Investment Banking Division of the company, and in 2010 he was promoted to Managing Director. For many years, he has been involved in the development and execution of financial, business and M&A strategies and capital policies for clients at the company.

He joined the Company in September 2022 as Managing Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Division.

He was appointed as Director, Managing Executive Officer, CFO and Head of Corporate Division of the Company in October 2022. He is promoting the enhancement of the Company's corporate function by utilizing his global and highly professional experience.

He has served as Director of Venex Co., Ltd. since August 2024.

Currently serving as Executive Advisor at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto.

Takuyuki Fukumoto

Served as director and senior managing director at High Chlorella Co., Ltd. (currently Epauler Co., Ltd.).
Appointed as a director of Euglena Co., Ltd. as one of the co-founders from 2005. Takuyuki Fukumoto was mainly engaged as a business manager in the healthcare business and has experience in listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market and the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. After serving as Director and General Manager of the Marketing Department and Director, Head of the Healthcare Business Division, Executive Officer of Euglena Co.,Ltd. and CEO of the Euglena Healthcare Company, he currently serves as Executive Fellow at the company.
He is also a director at Yaeyama Shokusan Co., Ltd., and has knowledge and extensive experience in business operations in the health and beauty industry.
He has been an Independent Outside Director of the Company since September 2019. He has served as a director of a listed company whose business domain is close to that of the Company and provides useful advice on management, including professional business operations, thereby contributing to ensuring the transparency of the Company's management.
He has served as a Director of Ehime Sports Entertainment Co., Ltd. since September 2024.

Sakiko Sakai

Sakiko Sakai started her career in the accounting department of Sumitomo Marine & Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. (currently Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd), and worked in accounting and financial operations at two foreign non-life insurance companies and a foreign publishing company. She obtained certificate of CPA (U.S.A.)and served as General Manager of Internal Audit Department at DirecTV Japan Management, Inc. and Hughes Electronics Japan Co., Ltd., Senior Consultant at Andersen Japan (currently KPMG AZSA LLC), and Head of Internal Audit at PCA Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (currently SBI Life Insurance Co., Ltd.)
She has served on various committees and global board at The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) since 2004.
She has been an Independent Outside Director of the Company since August 2020. She contributes to the realization of strengthening and improving the Company's management capabilities by providing advice. based on her extensive experience and knowledge in internal auditing, finance and accounting.
In October 2022, she was appointed as a temporary member of the Business Accounting Council of the Financial Services Agency.

Akira Ide

After working for KPMG AZSA & Co. (currently KPMG AZSA LLC), Frontier Management Inc. and Uluru Co., Ltd., Akira Ide opened Ide Certified Public Accountant Office in 2018.

He has been an Independent Audit and Supervisory Board member of the Company since October 2018.

In 2019, he founded AI Corporate Advisory Co., Ltd. and serves as its president.

He also serves as a director (Audit and Supervisory Committee member) of WACUL, Inc. and an Audit and Supervisory Board member of wevnal inc.

He is a certified public accountant and has practical experience at auditing firms and business companies. By utilizing his expertise and experience, he contributes to the sound and sustainable growth of the Company by providing advice on accounting and internal control matters and conducting effective audits from an independent standpoint as an outside officer.

Yuka Uehara

After graduating from university, Yuka Uehara joined Goldman Sachs Securities Co., Ltd. After that, she built a career at several securities companies in Japan and the United States, including Merrill Lynch Securities Co., Ltd. (currently BofA Securities Co., Ltd.), where she was in charge of advising and supporting Japanese companies, government agencies, and public institutions in raising funds through the stock market and other capital markets, as well as in investor relations activities.

She joined the Company in May 2022 as Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Communications Division.

She leads IR, public relations, ESG and culture promotion activities with her extensive knowledge, high level of expertise and network in capital markets on a global level.

Since December 2021, she has also served as an outside director (audit and supervisory committee member) of Retty, Inc. and an outside director of Net One Systems Co., Ltd. since June 2024.

Mitoshi Habara

After graduating from university, Mitoshi Habara worked at Shiseido Co., Ltd., where he was in charge of individual store sales to major general merchandise stores, drug stores, and specialty stores. After going independent, he rejoined Shiseido and was responsible for creating sales models for the drugstore business and building a collaborative sales system with retailers.

At FT Shiseido Co., Ltd., he headed a wide range of channels including wholesale collaboration, EC business, and retail business through his positions as Head of Business Unit and Head of Major Retail Business Division.

He then joined Rohto Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., where he devoted himself to proposal-based sales of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, functional foods, and other products to major retailers nationwide, and served as head of the regional business division.

He joined the Company in 2023 as Head of Retail Business Division, and is leading the retail business, leveraging his experience, knowledge, and network.

From August 2024, he has been serving as Executive Officer and Head of Retail Business Division.
